London 2025 Arrival
Monday, the 31st of March
With one hour delay we‘re heading to London. The students are in a good mood. At about 4.15 pm we arrived at the hostel. It‘s tiny and totally fine.
In the evening we walked through the Hyde Park and stopped at the Hard Rock Café to have dinner and get some souvenirs.
At about 22.20 we returned to the hostel.

London 2025 – Let‘s discover the City
Tuesday, the 1st of April
After having breakfast we took the Tube to Embankment. There we walked to the London Eye and took several photos from Big Ben and other sights. Then we took the Uber to Greenwich. During the trip we saw lots of sights once more. In Greenwich we walked by the Cutty Sark, strolled along the university and stopped at the Observatory.
At lunchtime we went to Borough Market to get some food. Actually some kids wanted back to the hostel but when they heard that the next stopp would be Oxford Street, nobody wanted to go home anymore, cause shopping time was announced.
Last but not least we joined a guided tour about Jack the Ripper and ate delicious pizza. That day we did more than 23000 steps and were glad to fall into bed.

London 2025 day 3
Wednesday, the 2nd of April
In the morning after breakfast the students had freetime. So some of them set off to Buckingham Palace to watch the changing of the guard and others left for shopping again. We teacher visited St Paul‘s, a huge cathedral with imposing architecture.
At 2 pm Harry Potter and the Cursed Child started. Although the kids couldn‘t undertstand everything it was an exciting show.

London 2025 day 4
Thursday, the 3rd of April
We started with sunny weather again and walked to the Dungeons. There they told us about the dark side of London’s history and during the show some of us were involved as criminals, witches and murderer. And everyone was scared at least once at some point. For lunch most kids got some Fish‘n Chips and were strenghtened in order to walk to the British Museum.
There we watched different ancienct artefacts, like mummies or hyroglyophes. Our last attraction for today: the Phantom of the Opera at His Majestic Theatre.
